The Hawks kicked off their first league match against Clarkston HS with a win today at Escape Lanes. Boys Varsity took the first match of the season 19-11 with Freshman Griffin Sucaet winning both his points 187/201 (388) with help from teammates, Noah Magolan 187/191 (Freshman), Gaige Gajewski 223/198 (Junior) and Prasham Rathod 138/195 (Senior) each contributing a point. Boys JV A fell short to Clarkston 26-4. With Sophomore Casey McCoy taking both her points 187/174 (361) and teammates, Michael Matichuk 135/166 and Caleb Johnson 179/201 each taking one point. Boys JV B also fell short to Clarkston. Freshman Will Destross (160/192) took one point along with team mate Aarav Vaidya taking one point with a 149. The Hawks will be back at it again tomorrow vs West Bloomfield at Wonderland Lanes in Commerce Township.
