It was an awesome day out at the Hansons Invite with some big PRs! The girls ended up finishing 13th out of 36 teams and the boys finished 3rd out of 36! The girls were lead by freshman Clare O’Reilly with a blazing time of 20:01 for a 57 second PR earning her a 14th place finish with a medal! Other PRs were earned by Maya Saleski breaking the 23 minute barrier with a time of 22:56 for a 15 second PR. Shortly behind her was Nina Lewis with her second PR of the week with an improvement of 21 seconds for a time of 23:08! Captain Lourd Alahwal also improved her time with a 4 second pr for a time of 24:41 as did Vivian Lou with a 26 second PR for a new best of 27:27! The guys were lead by Captain Nate Linden adding another individual win to the season with a fantastic time of 15:51! Other medalists for the guys included Colin Blachford with a time of 16:47, Captain Ryan Harper with a 26 second PR for 17:09, Eddie Nolan with a time of 18:11 and Ethan Feys in 18:16. More PRs on the guys side were earned by Jaden Ethier with a 15 second decrease for 19:31 and Victor Hayoo with a 21 second best for 21:08! GO HAWKS!
